East End Community Radio - East End Community Radio launched on 10th August 2018, when a shared dream became a reality. Founded by Toby and Stuart, the station began as an idea that quickly gained momentum. After securing a grant, they reached out to the local community in Glasgow, inviting volunteers to get involved, create shows, and learn radio from the ground up. Today, the station continues to grow as a platform for local voices, creativity, and community connection. Our Mission To develop East End Community Radio to its full potential as a vibrant, inclusive community radio station—empowering people, nurturing talent, and celebrating the diverse voices of Glasgow’s East End.
