Three people in California got caught staging fake bear attacks on their own luxury cars to claim $142,000 in insurance money. They kept the bear suits. In the house. Detectives found them immediately. We open the phones for Sydney's own scammers and it escalated quickly: one listener negotiated a better insurance deal and kept the $350 signup bonus anyway, another has been working as an unqualified vet nurse for seven years doing surgeries with drugs of addiction and nobody knows, and a third has been stealing the coffee loyalty stamp from local cafes for a decade and stamping up the whole family. We have so many questions about the vet nurse.

Peptides are everywhere right now: weight loss, skin care, muscle recovery, tanning. We got the President of the Australian Medical Association Dr Danielle McMullen on the phone to explain what they actually are and why the ones being sold online are a problem. Short version: the approved ones prescribed by doctors are fine, but the unregulated ones sold online may have never been tested on humans, can cause cancer, blindness or kidney damage, and often say not for human use right next to the injection instructions. Also it turned out she used to be Tim's GP which raised more questions than it answered.
